At the office I think his name is Caleb showed me one of the units that I had found online. I highly recommend seeing the units before renting online so you have an accurate idea of the size and how you’ll load up your storage unit. I had to climb into mine or use a sturdy staircas, for example. He also explained some of the ins and outs of how things work with Public Storage, answered all questions. It was really worth it to pass by.

I wasn’t sure what to expect since I’d never rented a storage space before but it was surprisingly easy with extremely reasonable rates. Caleb walked me through the process and answered any questions I had. He was personable and professional and a lot of fun to work with. I’d rent from Public Storage again!

Worst company, we had like most flooded homes needed storage unit for stuff that was salvageable called this company on the Saturday to confirm that the unit I was renting had air-conditioning when we arrived at the unit that was not the case. I reached out to the company regarding a refund they would not.
