Had a slip in doors for several years. Initial promise was, we will flush your engine/s and rinse your boat down. Seldom done, and when performed done poorly. The slip fees continually kept going up and up each year. For the increase in fees we get a transformation of a ship store into a boutique shop. Forklift's go down and not repaired for days. Who suffer's? You guessed it. Us. Ask for launch time and show up 10-15min early and have to wait. Never offered comp on water/ice etc. You better be back before 4:30 pm or your boat will sit in the water overnight, even though they close at 5pm. Before I left, I counted 43 empty slips in just one bldg. This confirms what I was thinking. People are being gouged and moving their boats out. If you are looking to get into a real expensive slip which will continually go up, I recommend this place.

I have had boat there about 6 years. As a USCG ships master I find it very safe, very friendly and with a very knowledgeable dock and lift crew. It’s not cheap but is a wonderful value. If I could find a better marina I would move the boat. But I can’t. I broke my back several months ago and the marina goes out of their way to be helpful and not let me lift items. Very warm people who treat other people well. It’s also very quick gulf access.

Port 32 is by far the best marina in the Tampa Bay area. From the staff to the amenities, no other marina comes close. I have kept my boat here for more than a year with zero complaints or issues. The staff is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The pool, bar, hotel, and location are unbeatable. I would give this marina 6 stars if I could.

Trini admitted to damaging my boat, the underside where it lands on the bunks, so it was clearly their issue...said they would take care of it.

Then 3 days later said they wouldn't and I was on my own.

If you want an overpriced boat yard with sub standard service, chose port 32!

First and foremost the 3 star rating is by no means a reflection on the staff. They are top notch in all aspects and always eager to help in anyway they can. I cannot say enough good comments about them. My 3 Stars is based on the fact it is owned by a huge corporation that only cares about profit. To them you are simply a number. A number to generate as much cash as they think you can stand. They know high and dries are all full and they take full advantage of that. Every year for 7 years we have watched our rates increase yearly and expect it to continue until we cry uncle, move our boats (to where) or sell, which your slot will be filled immediately by someone from their huge waiting list. In my opinion, corporate knows this and takes full advantage of it. Fuel prices are always $1-$1.50 higher than surrounding areas. We now have to pay $5 for pool access which when we first arrived did not even exist. Never once a "Thank You" from coporate, no fuel price incentives, nothing. With that in mind, it is a beautiful facility (again, which I credit to the local crew), wifi at the docks, clean bathrooms and showers (crew again), relatively protected and nice restaurant. If you can get past the fact you are simply a bank account to be taken from by the owners and nothing more, it is a great place. On site staff always gets 5 Stars in my book.
