Went on a Saturday night at 8pm. First impression is disorganized. Tons of people standing around waiting to order or waiting on cookies. No clear “line starts here” and one employee taking orders because the two order kiosks were not working. As expensive as these cookies are this should be run better. Clearly management needs some retraining on how to manage busy nights. Cookies were delicious but not worth the madness.

I don’t know the young girls name that helped me . I wish I would’ve gotten it because she was so nice. I have never been to crumbl before? although I have eaten Crumbl, never have I purchased it for my family . She was super nice she was the same girl I talked to on the phone earlier today to let them know I forgot to pick up my cookies Monday ! … i will most definitely return to this Crumbl !!! Xxoo ?

I haven’t had Crumbl in about three years, and I’m so glad I decided to go today! I’m not a chocolate fan, but they always have non-chocolate options available, which I appreciate. The service is literally the best; they are so nice. I arrived a little bit before closing, and overall, it's definitely worth a try. Plus, I love how they came out with the mini versions; they are so cute! My favorites are the cake batter flavor and sea salt caramel.
