Exceptional service from Taz tonight. Friendly, informative, and polite. She went out of her way to accommodate my laundry list of purchase items. I loved my experience here! This store is awesome and filled with friendly staff. Miranda was the best person to help me out with what I needed. Normally great but just wanted a staff education lesson;

I get rosin; i was stuck in traffic after placing my order online, took almost an hour to get there.

When I arrived my rosin was sitting in a bag on a counter; for an hour....

Rosin if not refrigerated loses consistency and potency within the first hour; I was still charged full price though?

The rosin was gooey and not hard and solid like it should be, also the containers were warm and not cold.

If any employee is too lazy to go get the rosin from the fridge when the customer arrives at the store(less than a 1 minute task) then the customer should be offered at least a 50% discount on the rosin due to it losing its consistency due to employee neglect over expensive products.

I went a few months ago and it's now the ONLY place I go. They have great daily deals and the entire staff treats you like a friend and very knowledgeable. I've been smoking for 35 years now so that means a lot. Shout out to Tyler! The last few times I've been there he's been awesome. I don't even look around cuz I trust him to lead me in the right direction and has never disappointed me. Keep it up!!
