We ordered a four seat Barecelona Edition. After reaching out to Valencia about some concerns with the estimate delivery time Peter with Valencia immediately reached out to us. He listened to our concerns, explained what happened to cause the delay and provided us the reassurance we needed. Three weeks later exactly on the updates time-table we received our chairs. The white glove delivery was totally worth it. Metropolitan was amazing, clearly very experienced in setting up theater room seating. The chairs were the perfect edition in our new theater. The wine holders are great . We do wish the table trays would sit 2-3 inches taller to clear glasses in the cup holder but it is what it is and they function fine.

I spent a lot of time shopping online for chairs and finally settled on Valencia and I'm glad I did. Their Tuscany Executive Heat & Massage chairs had all the key features I wanted, all in one product. Clearly, a lot of thought has gone into their products, from double-hinges and lights in the arm rest to the versatile connection system that is easy to attach yet releases simply by tilting the chair backwards. Installation was a breeze. My only complaint would be the size of the boxes, which can be hard to dispose of, afterward. I will definitely purchase from Valencia again.

We bought the couch, loveseat, chair and an ottoman. So far we've received the chair and loveseat.  We are very pleased with the appearance, build quality, and leather quality. These are truly beautiful pieces. We have dogs and the leather seems like it will hold up well to their claws.  In addition the communication and customer service from Valencia was exceptional. I was updated by an actual customer service representative via phone (not just an email or text) at every step of the process. We would definitely buy from them again

Sofa is amazing. Definitely high quality frame and leather. It is quite firm and hopefully will relax a bit. Delivery was well coordinated and on time. Getting lots of compliments!

We purchased the Valencia Tuscany Slim Home Theater set of reclining chairs to place in our great room. The set up was very easy after watching the online video. Bought for the lumbar support and headrest which fit my 5'1" body frame comfortably. We love the option of placing either a tray or a wine glass holder in the built in accessory holder. You can purchase other types accessorry holders as well to use.We are extremely happy with this purchase and strongly reccommend.
