Esta ha sido la peor experiencia posible. Hace 6 meses rentamos un bote y cuando llegamos a la marina el bote no funcionaba y el mecánico decidió no asistir al trabajo. Lo peor es que los botes no funcionaban la noche anterior y no tuviero la decencia de llamarnos para dejarnos saber que no había necesidad de viajar dos horas desde Orlando. Tres botes y ninguno funcionaba. Les recomiendo a todos que no se molesten con este lugar.

Excellent service! Maddy was extremely helpful from the first call to fueling at the end of our trip. We rented a fishing pontoon and ventured out to the gulf. The pontoon was clean and comfortable with a good Bimini cover. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had the time of our life on the water for memorial day. We originally paid for the day before but when we got on the boat, it had some technical difficulties. Which is understandable and totally ok not their fault by NO means. So we decided to reschedule for another time. Well, Chrissy the amazing woman the works at the reservation desk. She went above and beyond for us, she felt so bad. And she put us in a even better first class Disney potone boat for the very next day. Didn't charge us one penny more then what we paid already and we had it the whole day if we wanted. Honestly she is a joy to talk to and to deal with when it comes to boating at the marina. She explained everything to a tee so even I could understand the who, what, when, where & why's of taking a boat like that out on the water. She gave us her personal speaker so we could have music to listen to. It was great and we will definitely rent there again. So, thank you Chrissy, thank you Twin Rivers Marina we can't wait to do it again. ~GodBless~

Great spot for fuel, snacks, and repair supplies! Dockside staff is very friendly and great help with getting docked up... even in the high winds today! Plenty of room at the dock. Plus the store is well stocked and they had live bait.

We blew a hydraulic hose and lost a lot of fluid. Twin Rivers marina answered the phone quick and they had what we needed. They even helped us with a wrench or two when we got there.

Rented a boat for scalloping. Paid $495. The boat seats were ripped, cockroaches running around the boat when we first got on and the ignition was loose and difficult to start. I tried to discuss when we got back to the dock and was told it’s an older boat. I made reservation in February. Disgusting boat with very slow motor. High price for old beat up boat. Renter beware
Update: I sent 2 emails to discuss with management and never heard back.
